In order to setup your voicemail, you must log into your account. We sent you a setup email when you signed up for the phone service which contains your login information. Once logged into your account, you can follow these directions:
- Click on "Users" and your name should be listed there. Click on your name.
- Click on the Voicemail tab.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen.
- There are two options: Record Greeting and Record Voicemail. When you click on the little speaker buttons you can begin the process. A screen will come up asking what number you want the system to call in order to begin recording your greeting. Enter your number and then follow the prompts once you answer the call. Once you save your greeting, it will be stored and ready for others to hear.
- Finally, scroll all of the way to the bottom and save the screen once both greetings are completed.
