Whether you've purchased a domain through QDhosts, or another company, you can always access your accounts Cpanel and create emails that way. If you are logged into your billing account click on services. Your hosting service should be listed there. Click on that line. It will bring up many options one of which is Email Accounts. If you scroll directly under that option you can create a quick email account.
Quick Create Email Account
Enter in the email you wish to create and then enter a password before clicking create. Your new email account should be created.
