In your account, you can upgrade or downgrade your services. You can also add additional services.
For instance:
You need to upgrade your hosting from basic to standard. Simply click on your service and then click on the upgrade/downgrade link to your left. It will bring you to the upgrade/downgrade screen where you can select your new service option (which in this case is standard). The system will then put in the request.
