Once you are logged into your customer portal it should look like this:

If you see: Please check your email and follow the link to verify your email address. It means that you have not verified your email. Click the link and wait for a verification email to come. Once you receive it, click the link in the email to verify your email address.

On the left side you will see a box client: Your Info. This section lists your address information. If any of this is incorrect, you can click the update button to update the information. 

On the right side you will see the following:

  1. Unpaid Invoices – This shows you any open invoices attached to your account. You can even view, pay or partial pay invoices here.
  2. Your Active Products and Services – This shows you all of the active and pending services you have with QDhosts.
  3. Register A New Domain – This option allows you buy or transfer a domain.
  4. Manage Square Credit/Debit Card– This lets you see or modify your payment method.
  5. Recent Support Tickets - This shows you a list of recent support activity. 
  6. Recent News - Any recent news that Qdhosts has for clients.
