What happens if I don't renew my account?

Qdhosts sends out renewal invoices starting 14 days before your renewal date. If you do not renew your account, (i.e. pay for your renewal invoice) your site will go into suspension. We will hold the site for no longer than 7 days. After that time, the site and all of its contents will be removed from our server. Once this happens, the content is no longer retrievable unless you qualify for our restoration plan.
Therefore, it is important that you keep backups of your content and that you pay your renewal invoice within the time span allotted so that you do not lose your content.
