Yes. We stand behind our service. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact our support team and we will work to resolve the issue or issue a refund. Note: if a free domain was included in your plan and you cancel, the domain cost becomes billable as it cannot be transferred back.

Annual billing saves you 20% compared to month-to-month pricing. For example, Basic Hosting is $5.50/mo billed monthly but only $52.80 for the entire first year on annual billing. All annual plans also include a free domain registration for the first year.
