Virtual Assistant Onboarding

Once you login and verify your email and identity, an invoice will be added to your portal. NOTE: onboarding is done between 9-5 EST daily. If you onboard after those hours your account will be processed the next business day.

Hourly is at $8.00 an hour plus tax
Weekly time is 40 hours = $320 plus tax
Monthly time is 160 hours = $1,280 plus tax
Yearly time is 2,080 = $16,640 plus tax

1. Scope of Work • You must clearly define the specific tasks and responsibilities that the VA will handle. Any additional tasks outside of the agreed scope should be discussed and agreed upon separately and may be billable. 2. Hourly Rate and Payment Terms • You agree to the hourly rate for services rendered, along with the payment terms selected. If the payment is not made on the invoice due date services will no longer be rendered and a late fee may incur. 3. Confidentiality Agreement • We will keep your information confidential to protect sensitive information and ensure that the VA does not disclose any client information to third parties unless requested by the client in writing. 4. Communication Expectations • The client will use our project management tools to ensure efficient collaboration. 5. Availability and Working Hours • Our virtual assistants are available at different times and these availabilities will be established before work starts. 6. Performance and Quality of Work • Our VA’s are expected to meet all established deadlines and provide quality work. This process is monitored via our project management system. All uploads and requests are time-stamped. In order for us to maintain time deadlines the customer must provide content and requests timely. Urgent items must be marked “Urgent” and be given to the VA if possible 48 hours before the due date. 7. Feedback and Revisions • Once a task is completed the “check” will be marked. If there is a deliverable, it will be listed in the files section on your screen for download. If there is an issue with the work, you must explain the issue via your support ticket, and the VA will immediately address the problem and correct it if possible. Revisions are for VA errors, not customer errors. Customer errors require an additional task to be added and will be billed to your time. Revisions are not billed to the customer's time. 8. Termination of Services • Either party can terminate the agreement at any time. At termination, all outstanding payments are due immediately. 9. Liability Limitations • Neither party is liable for indirect or incidental damages. 10. Intellectual Property Rights • Clients retain ownership of all intellectual property created during the contract, while the VA retains rights to their methodologies and tools. For instance, if we create a Facebook post for your company, that post is now your intellectual property. The template we created it from or design tools are our property. 11. Non-Solicitation Clause • None of our VA’s can be hired directly for a year after working with QDhosts. Any services during that time must come through us. 12. Dispute Resolution • If there is a dispute that we cannot resolve, we will go to arbitration in Pennsylvania. If after arbitration the client does not comply, all fees and court costs from filing a lawsuit will be the responsibility of the client. 13. Amendments to Agreement • Any changes to the agreement must be documented and agreed upon by both parties. 14. Client Responsibilities • The client must provide the necessary information, resources, and access required for the VA to perform their tasks effectively. Any necessary access that is not provided will hinder the work of the VA. Qdhosts will not take responsibility for the client's failure to provide these items.
