QT Voice sends out renewal invoices starting 14 days before your renewal date. If you do not renew your account, (i.e. pay for your renewal invoice) your phone line will go into suspension. We will hold the suspension for no longer than 15 days. After that time, the phone number and the account will be terminated. 

Therefore, it is important that you pay your renewal invoice within the time span allotted so that you do not lose your phone line. Keep in mind, that the final invoice is due and must be paid before restoration. If no payment is received, the invoice will be sent to collections. When you are ready to end service, contact the support department to ensure you do not have an outstanding invoice.
