Restoration
Yes, we do create backups of our hosted sites. Depending on the required restoration time, we should be able to accommodate you. If there is an issue with your site such as virus or corruption, we may be able to help. Just contact the support department and give them the details of your issue and we will work to help you.
NOTE: Keep in mind, some things will be billable depending on the cause.
