Yes! The discount we offer requires the client to sign up for a year of service. If you sign up for a year of service and cancel, the prorated price will be charged for the monthly rate and then a refund will be issued.
Do you automatically charge me when my renewal is due?
We do automatically charge some of our customers when their renewal is due. This is decided during signup. Some clients want to be billed, and others want to have autopay. We can accommodate either option.
How do I cancel my account?
You must log into your account and open up a support ticket requesting “account cancellation.” Your account will be cancelled and prorated before refunding any money that’s due.
